Speaking of firsts, Goldman Sachs hosted its inaugural Garland Summit for influential Black clients and leaders, honoring Garland E. Wood, the firm's first Black partner. I participated in the "Building Different: From a Founder's Lens" panel with the amazing Edith Cooper of Medley, moderated by Meena Flynn from Goldman Sachs.
